Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy PocketOS from us, in plain English.
PocketOS isn’t on sale yet. These terms will apply to orders once it is, and may be updated before then.
About us
PocketOS is sold by Leeeko LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office address is shown at the foot of every page of this website.
These terms
These terms apply when you buy a PocketOS Device from us as a consumer. They don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If anything here seems to conflict with those rights, your legal rights win.
Where we sell
We sell to customers in the United Kingdom and deliver to UK addresses only.
The product
- What it needs. PocketOS works with Home Assistant, which you need to have running on your home network, and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Please check What you’ll need before you order.
- Pictures. Pictures on this website are concept renders. The product you receive may look slightly different.
- In the box. The PocketOS Device, a USB-C charging cable and a printed quick start guide.
Price and payment
The price is shown in pounds sterling and includes any VAT that applies. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. If we’ve made an obvious mistake with a price, we’ll contact you before your order is accepted and you can choose whether to go ahead.
Your order
When you place an order, we’ll email to confirm we’ve received it. A contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been accepted or dispatched. If we can’t accept your order, for example because we’re out of stock, we’ll let you know and won’t take payment, or will refund it in full.
Delivery
We’ll tell you the expected delivery time when you order. Unless we agree otherwise, we’ll deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. The product is your responsibility from the time it’s delivered to you or someone you’ve nominated.
Changing your mind
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving PocketOS, for any reason. See Returns and warranty for how.
If something is wrong
PocketOS must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn’t, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, explained in Returns and warranty.
Software and updates
- PocketOS comes with its software installed. Updates are free and install over Wi-Fi.
- We provide security updates until at least 31 December 2029. See Security.
- Updates may improve or change features. We won’t remove a main feature you bought PocketOS for without telling you first.
- PocketOS works with Home Assistant, which is made by others. If a change to Home Assistant affects PocketOS, we’ll aim to fix it in an update.
Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer. PocketOS is for domestic and private use. We aren’t responsible for business losses.
Your privacy
We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. See Privacy.
Complaints and the law
If you have a problem, please contact us first and we’ll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of those countries.
